About Little Me
Known as Little Aleck of Georgia but my real name is Alexander Stephens. Elected a Whig to the State Legislature in 1863 and served for a total of seven years. After that I moved on to the House of Representatives in 1843 and ended my term in 1859 and now am currently the Vice President of the Confederacy. I took a very critical war in getting the compromise of 1850 which has passed . Jefferson Davis, the president of the Confederacy, consults with me very frequently which makes it appear as if I am part of the presidents inner circle.
I am most definitely not a military kind of man. But I have to say I completely agree slavery and I will do whatever it takes to defend to keep it. Kansas-Nebraska Act I campaigned for and opposed the election of Abraham Lincoln. Though I did argue for Immediate secession after Republicans had won.
